A Texas-based design-build studio crafting custom residences for families who want their homes to outlive the era they were built in.
Haven & Stone is a design-build studio working exclusively on custom residences in the Texas Hill Country, Gulf Coast, and Piney Woods. Every home we build begins with two conversations — one with the family who will live in it, and one with the land it will live on.
Our work is deliberate. We build three to five homes a year, not thirty. Each one is drawn by hand before it ever touches a screen, designed around the specific light, slope, and soul of its site.
We are a small team of architects, carpenters, and craftspeople who believe the house you leave to your children should still feel new to them — and to theirs.

Before a single line is drawn, we walk the site with you. We study the sun, the slope, the prevailing winds, the trees worth saving, the views worth framing. The land tells us half of the story.
Hand-drawn sketches become detailed architectural drawings, which become 3D walkthroughs. You see every room, every angle, every finish before we break ground. Nothing is left to imagination.
Our craftspeople are full-time, not subcontracted. We build one to two homes simultaneously — never more. You get weekly site walks, monthly reviews, and a single point of contact from day one to move-in.
We don't disappear at the final walk-through. Our homes come with a 10-year structural warranty, a year of complimentary walk-backs, and a relationship that often lasts longer than the build itself.
They didn't build our house. They listened long enough to understand who we were becoming — and then they built the home that family deserved.
Every project is custom, but families typically engage Haven & Stone through one of three pathways. Each begins the same way — with a conversation.
Projects begin with a private 90-minute consultation at our studio or your property. No pitch, no pressure — just honest conversation about what you're imagining, what your land holds, and whether we're the right studio to bring it forward.
